It is our goal to develop our olive tree stock to a size that allows us to operate the farm cost-effectively, to produce different olive oil and to try different cultivation methods.

This spring we planted another 600 olive trees. These are the typical Sardinian varieties Semidana and Bosana, which produce a strong olive oil.
